Well being coaching

What is a Well-Being Coach?

We help you set the goals that are most important to you and hold you accountable to achieve them. We are your cheerleader, biggest fan and celebrate every victory with you. We problem solve and teach skills when you get stuck, and we support you unconditionally and without judgment through crisis.

We do this by honoring the genius in you.

After all, you are the expert on your own life.

And Big changes can be made by a simple shift in perspective.

How it works:

This process approaches your life in simple yet holistic way.  The program helps you look at your life through the six Aspects of Well-Being to help you decide what your priorities are, what goals you want to achieve, where your opportunities for growth are and what “Well-Being” means to you. You are in control of the process every step of the way.

Typically there are weekly 20-30min coaching sessions. ($50/Session) and the occasional collaborative session for each new aspect. ($100/Hour)

You start by setting up a "Vibe Check" session to meet  and see if you are a good fit for each other and decide if you would like to move forward. ($25/Session)

Coaching sessions are different than therapy. Coaching is a very goal focused practice and sessions can involve opening with anything from breathing and meditation to movement. As you are the leader of your sessions, we can then use the time to problem solve issues, work through a crisis or discuss anything else you wish. We can utilize reflective questions and "self work" to further your progress, such as journaling, practicing a new skill or self care.

This program gives you clear steps and skills, as well as a fresh perspective to achieve the best version of yourself. It also offers that one person that will always speak Truth and has your best interests at heart to support you along the way.

This style of Well-Being Coaching is used as an extension of Intuitive Advising and may be defined differently by different people in the field.

The 6 Aspects of Well-Being

A peak into each.

How comfortable are you asking others for help?

Why do you think that is?

How do you enjoy sharing yourself and your story with the world?

Can you recall a time your story made a difference in someone else's life?

Do you feel uplifted or drained by the people closest to you? What changes need to be made to feel loved?

Purpose Well-Being

How do you describe your super power?

How do you find it?

What kind of impact do you most enjoy making?

How do you find a way to express that?

Love the World

 Financial Well-Being

What is your relationship with money?

Are you "investing" in yourself: balancing todays needs with tomorrows priorities?

Being poor is a life style, being broke is situational; which do you believe you are?

Mental Well-Being

If someone heard a recording of the ways you talk to yourself throughout the day, would they say you were kind to yourself?

What judgements are you making everyday that you don't even realize?

How do you reframe them to empower you instead of blinding you to opportunities?

Emotional Well-Being

How are you managing your happiness?

How much do you let others define your happiness?

What could you do to change the patterns that no longer support you?

Surreal Architecture

What would your life look & feel like being whole & empowered?

As you start to move through each category, you will recognize how each aspect of well-being supports and builds on the others.

For Example:

You can't have mental well-being if you are always stressed about your finances.

You can't share your gifts with the world if you don't take care of yourself mentally, physically and emotionally, too.

Big changes can be made by a simple shift in perspective.
